Financial assistance (grant) is available to eligible residents of the Rural Municipality of Rockwood for flood-proofing of their property through the use of a dyke system.

Emergency Plan:
The Emergency Plan for the Rural Municipality of Rockwood is available for viewing during office hours.
The Emergency Plan is implemented in the event of a disaster, such as a natural disaster, chemical spill, etc. The RM of Rockwood holds Emergency plan table top exercises to prepare in the event of an emergency. Tabletop exercises are discussion-based sessions where team members meet in an informal, classroom setting to discuss their roles during an emergency and their responses to a particular emergency situation. A facilitator guides participants through a discussion of one or more scenarios.
