The Stony Mountain Public Water System Licence # (PWS-10-453-02) provides potable drinking water to a population of approximately 1600 residents. Treated water produced from the water treatment plant meets all health and aesthetic objectives as stated in the Guidelines for Canadian Drinking Water Quality. The Operating License has been renewed and is in compliance with provincial regulations.
